The skills and expertise you needed to get your company to where it is now, are often not the same skills as you need to progress your company to the next stage.

Experience is wasted without Energy, Enthusiasm and Determination.

Sometimes you need a trustworthy partner from outside to really tell you what your business looks like, and how to make it more profitable and effective.

The only thing where supply does not exceed demand is.....time.
So, if you haven't got the time or you can't afford to employ someone permanently for key projects, use qualified, trustworthy sources from outside, temporarily. Use ICD - It's very cost effective.
